I stared into the killer’s eyes. It was amazing to finally be one-on-one with him, talking over a plate of baby back ribs at Chili’s while Big Time Rush played softly in the background, near the men’s bathroom. From what I gathered from his Facebook profile, he seemed like a very intelligent and cool person.

“So, you must be pretty smart, huh,” I said.

“Yeah, I guess so,” he said.

He then opened fire on a booth about ten feet away from ours. I just sat there and thought, he’s such a mystery…if only someone could tame him…if only I could tame him. And just between you and me, he looked totally cute while he was shooting up that booth.
